The Last Free Day of Final Resepcts on Kindle

This is your last chance to get Final Respects free on Kindle.

So why would you want to, besides the fact that it's free?

Maybe because it's the first mystery in the Rocky Bluff P.D. mystery series.

Or maybe because you might want to see why I wasn't ready to give up on these characters--because this is where I first introduced many of them.

Maybe you'd like to learn how I incorporated a mortuary into the story--an idea that came from my 10 year-old-daughters playing hide'n go seek at her friend's family mortuary.

This was not the easiest freebie to set up. My poor publisher had the misfortune of having all sorts of problems with Amazon in the effort. Problems that resulted in a new AISN number and link.

This caused me problems with all the places that I'd advertised the freebie, contacting them and making the switch. (Not sure if I got them all, but by the fifth day of this freebie effort, it doesn't really mater.)

I do hope the reader of this blog will take advantage and got to Amazon and get Final Respects.

On my next post, I'll let you know how it turned out.

I'm sorry I missed the special, Marilyn, but plenty of lucky readers were fortunate to get a gratis copy of Final Respects.
