If they fall asleep, your problems are bigger. :)Mark W. It's then easier to spot less than stellar phrasing and plotting. I also read King's book on a regular basis.Jean Henry Meadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08146960738692672013noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7041804343600978883.post-83808036194365426882011-04-04T09:04:49.619-05:002011-04-04T09:04:49.619-05:00I remember Orson's quote well, Earl. :) Good ...I remember Orson's quote well, Earl. :) Good advice.

I'm with you on the horror stuff, too. Creating mayhem is easy, but since I don't have the guts for horror, there's no need to hate me. :)Mark W. I especially liked the parts about his early years, how he got started writing and all that.

I also like what Orson Welles used to say in those wine commercials. "We will sell no wine before it's time." Writers should feel the same about their books. Too bad they can't always.Earl Staggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13349667172813175960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7041804343600978883.post-75260514431492354692011-04-03T21:01:45.915-05:002011-04-03T21:01:45.915-05:00I thought Kings autobiography was fascinating.
