I've flown that Arizona/Florida/stop-in-Dallas trip a few times myself, but that was pre 9/11, the cyclical airline bankruptcies, and recent recessions. Still, the description of stinky was too much!! Poor you and poor wife. Suggestion: always take the aisle seat. At least you're assured an escape route to the bathroom for some peace and quiet. And the 35,000 feet view probably hasn't changed much since the last time you did the trip.

Good luck on your next adventure flying the friendly [sic] skies.

JanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7041804343600978883.post-29909387873009442752009-02-14T09:48:00.000-06:002009-02-14T09:48:00.000-06:00Funny story! Of course we always have to change planes in a bigger airport, but if we can find the new concourse probably at the other end of the airport, it's not too bad.

I like the little airplanes best--hate the big huge ones--those are where the seats are the tiniest and the cram everyone in.

This year we're only flying to one conference--Mayhem in Omaha--that's a nice airport too.

The other two cons we're going to are in Las Vegas, a fairly easy drive for us and my sister lives there so we'll also get to visit.

Marilyn
http://fictionforyou.com
http://marilynmeredith.blogspot.comMarilyn Meredith a.k.a.
